In no particular order:

1: Enable WPA encryption

2: Disable SSID broadcasting

3: Enable MAC filtering

My personal tip is to cover the outside of your house with tinfoil. No wireless gets in or out :P

* configure mac filtering for the wireless

* configure rogue detection/mitigation for the wireless

Set a password on your router, make sure you wireless keys are complex and, port forward only what you need so there are fewer gaps in the firewall. Also use windows firewall.
