What are tinted moisturizures?

i read in a seventeen magazine that tinted moisturizers are good. i haven't really tried one yet, but hopefully soon i will.

Tinted Moisturizers are a sheer, barely coverage formula that usually contain SPF. Tinted Moisturizers are good for summer, because it's light and it won't melt off your face. The downside is that they provide barely any coverage, so get ready to bare all when wearing it.

tinted moisterizers are great! The are like your typical moisterizer (most have SPF in it) but they have a hint of colour (foundation) so they are light and cover minor imperfections for a one step beautiful complexion!

Cover Girl makes an inexpensive one that is pretty good if you want to give it a try without spending alot of money!

no, theyre not that... its a moisturizer that has a light hint of color. theyre like foundation, but look much more natural. They dont cover up any blemishes, but they even out your skin tone. Its the perfect thing to wear during the summer, instead of foundation... which is too heavy when its super hot.

edit: yea, they have differnt colors, just like they have for foundations. I recommend the one by physician's formula organic wear. U can get it at any drugstore, and is about $8.
