I give my horse carrots, apples and horse bisquits but what else can i give my horse as a treat

i have a falabella horse and he is called alfie and i feed him apples , lettuce , polo mints , honey did u no if u have a lazy horse then honey makes him more active or if u have a too active horse it makes the more calm
