what are two aspects of the Court's structure & composition that the Constitution doesn't specify? i cant find an answer to this question its part of an assignment i have to turn in TOMORROW!

  1. Ummmm, I assume you're talking about the Supreme Court of the U.S.  Why don't you read Article III.  The answer is right there.  

    What does the constitution provide about the Court?  Once you know what is provided for, you can answer as to what isn't.  


  2. How many justices of either gender there must/may be and the same for race.

  3. The Constitution does not specify how many seats there are on the Supreme Court. Nor does it say anything about there being distinctions between chief and associate justices.
