What are type's of cruise's are the one's 21 to 29 year olds go on.?

Im trying to go on a cruise with friends of mine but I dont want to go on a cruise with a bunch of old people just a cruise with a bunch of young people.

take a 3 day weekend cruise from any where . they tend to have  younger crowd . carnival is also a younger crowd

Go Carnival.  the best time would be around some popular weeks for spring break.   Go to www.cruisecritic.com and do a search or maybe even post a message.

Most young people your age and first time cruiser who want to party and have a great time go on Carnival Cruise Line.  That's why they call Carnival the "Fun Ship".  Also, if you want to be with the young people then do cruises to the Bahamas, the Caribbean, and/or Mexico and do cruises of 7 days or less.   Older cruiser tend to go to Alaska, the Mediterranean, and the Panama Canal and on cruises longer than 7-8 days.  I know this from experience as I have been on about 20 cruises with 4 different cruise lines.  

Aside from Carnival also consider Norwegian and Royal Caribbean.  Norwegian features the "freestyle" cruising that is very informal (no suits and /or tux or gowns needed).  Royal Caribbean tends to have the most on-board activities on its ships.

The Celebrity and Princess cruise lines are great but tend to have more older people (40's to 60's).  And do not go on a Holland America ships because it does tend to have mostly senior citizens.
