  1. Don't stretch too much, you could give yourself a hernia.

    Go to China and learn from the pros about those crazy flexibility performances they do.  Russia's pretty good too.


  2. just work on ur splits everyday.... right, left, and middle.  It might hurt, but if u practice at it everyday you'll get it.  I learned the hard way.... lol.... im a level 7 gymnast and have all 3 splits down.

  3. Well to begin w/, you need to stretch often. Don't over do it though, only do the amount your body can handle. Then, over time your body will be able to stretch out more. Something like this won't happen over night.
