What are typical league roster requirements for FF?

I am starting a 10 team league and am wondering what roster requirements work best. HELP!

Depends on what you would prefer - the general one used in many places is:

1 QB

2 RB

3 WR

1 TE

1K

1 DEF

6 BNCH

Or you could go with the WR/RB flex, and instead of having three WR it could be either a RB or WR - it changes the way people draft and can make it a bit more interesting.  For a ten team league I've played both the traditional and flex format both enjoyable.  I think the flex format encourages more outside-the-box thinking because people need to realize that the draft guides they buy tell them to draft based on traditional formats, so if you're smart you can give yourself an advantage.
