  1. I'm assuming you mean fruits that do not impact your blood sugar, or have a "low glycemic impact".

Apples, oranges, mangoes, and bananas, even though they taste super sweet, are fairly low glycemic. The only fruit that is super high glycemic, or in other words, will give you a sugar buzz is watermelon.

  2. thats a monsanto product full of roundup to add taste.

  3. An unsweetened fruit or veggie is any fruit or veggie to which no sweeteners have been added.  Any fresh produce will fall into this category.  And frozen fruits or veggies that list only the fruit or veggie in the ingredients falls into this category.

  4. All  fresh produce in their natural state (off the vine or tree) are unsweetened.. But even fresh fruits or veggies may have sugar added when served especially in smoothies or fruit salads etc.

if you mean fruits  that aren't really sugary sweet, then tomatoes come to mind.. Of course unripe fruits are either sour or bitter. Most veggies aren't really sweet

Sugar or fructose found in fruits are nature's way of attracting animals to eat the fruit and release the seed inside. Either by discarding the seed (letting fall into the ground where it can grow) or expelling it through the "back door" surrounded by rich nourishing manure..either way works for the plant.

  5. Any fruit or veggie that is fresh and raw is unsweetened because no one added sugar to them. They do have natural sugar in them though.
