can some one please explain to me in full detail, what torrents are and how i use them. can they also explain how and where i can download video torrents and put thme on my zune.

A torrent file is a small file that is associated with specific content.  When the torrent is opened in a bittorrent program, the transfer of that content begins.

I don't know much about Zune, but I think it plays mp4 videos.  There are some available in torrents, but you will probably have to convert most downloads.  I just started using Format Factory (free) and find it easy to use and quick with good results:

You can download them from the piratebay.org Once you download the torrent you need a service like vuze to download it. Once you have the video file you need, use a program called "winff" to convert it to MP4 format, which is what the Zune reads. Form there simply drag it into your video library.
