What are wait times like for theme parks in orlando in sep and oct?

I did Disney last year for the 2nd week of September and it was by far the best time to go in my opinion. I rarely waited longer than a couple minutes for just about everything. I can't speak for October though.

there's never an exact time to give you--going in sept & oct is better than the summer--but, If I were you I would try to go during the week (which is ALWAYS better than weekends) and go early during the day--it'll be fun no matter what!

No matter when you go the lines are going to be long and usually depends on which ride your waiting for. Some lines only take about 30 minutes and some can take 2 HOURS!! I hope you don't get stuck waiting on long line =/

but if ur going during a time when people are in school and working the lines will be shorter (that's probably the better time to go)

It is getting to the point where Disney World never has an off season, and is crowded all of the time. Don't get frustrated with the long lines though, just utilize your fast passes well and make sure you have enough time to do everything (like don't try to cram three parks into one day) Even though the lines may be long, you can easily manage them.
