What are ways to increase endurance for sports?

i play sports and i'm good, but my bad endurance prohibits me a lot and i can't play well once im tired.

  1. Start running a little more everyday, don't push these numbers, start slow, then you can start turning it up and seeing what you can do.  This will help you alot with any endurance you need.  Good luck.


  2. Yes. If you play soccer or football or something I have a suggestion.

    Let's say you want to increase your endurance over a period of 2 weeks.

    So the first day you run for... oh i don't know... 5 minutes

    then you run for 7

    then 10

    and so on and so forth

    you just keep increasing your time by a reasonable amount each day and before you know it you will be able to run for quite a long period of time
