  3. social anxiety? or any kind of anxiety can be cured with lots of exersise, posetive thoughts and medication. I dont recommend medicaiton because it only works while you are on. Once you get off it can come back worse. I would deffinatlly suggests living a healthy life and exersize. Natural safe herbal supplaments like Seredyn, valerian, 5-HTP work great.

  5. I sympathize. It's very hard to live with anxiety.

You could try hypnotherapy or EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques) if there is a practitioner close to where you live.

You could also buy the 2 Bach Flower Remedies called "Rescue Remedy" and "Aspen" and take 4 drops of each several times a day. They are quite effective and non addictive. You can never take too much.

They are not cheap, so to make the original bottle last you can buy a third bottle with a dropper.

You sterilize that third bottle, put one third cider vinegar in it, 4 drops of each of the Bach Flower remedies you bought and fill up with mineral water (not fizzy water, just plain).

Take 4 drops of that mixture as often as you feel like, as often as you remember and add 4 drops to any glass of water you drink during the day. You can also carry it in your pocket and have a few drops on your throat, your wrists etc. It has exactly the same effect as the original Flower remedy.

Take this for at least one month and longer if you feel you need it.

When the bottle is empty, just make a new mixture in the same manner. In that way the original bottles last almost for ever.

The effect is exactly the same as the original remedy because the active "ingredient" is the vibrational message transmitted by the original flower to the water used as a "carrier".

    Wishing you all the best!

  6. I have anxiety. It comes on with many different triggers. Sometimes it is when I am around a lot of people sometimes it just comes on when I am in an uncontrolled uncomfortable situation. It also depends on how bad your anxiety is.

If you do not like using prescription medicines some of the things that have helped me out are the following.

    Massage therapy

    Mind/body breathing exercises, physical exercise

Aromatherapy - Plant essential oils can be added to baths, massage oil, or infusers. Essential oils that are used for anxiety and nervous tension are: bergamot, cypress, geranium, jasmine, lavender, melissa, neroli, rose, sandalwood, ylang-ylang. Lavender is the most common and forms the base of many relaxing blends.

    Chamomile Tea

A glass a wine at night helps me to calm down.

Mine was controllable for up to two years before it got bad enough due to loosing my father in law the same way I lost my father and that sent it off so now I take colzapam.

  7. yoga, breathing excersizes

get a friend to talk to

    forgiveness changes everything

Lucky they are not screaming at you.
