  1. my advice would to be yourself, and ALWAYS smile! people love seeing other people smile... and it works! for relaxation, id recoment before going to the audition to......well..... relax! maybe try a cup of tea!

  2. Just be yourself!

Be social, confident, and have a good attitude. Make the judges think that they're crazy if they don't pick you but don't be conceded.

To relax, just remember that they are regular people just like you. They have feelings and lives of there own. Show them that you're a regular person too and not just another wannabe famous person!

When they're asking you questions, calmly answer them like you're just talking to your best friend.

  3. don't think of them as the directors judging you,

think your preforming in front of your best friend,

also make sure you know all your material, and act yourself.

  4. You have to think of them as human beings like yourself. They wont bite :). Remember to breathe and be confidant.

    Confidence is key!

ALWAYS be yourself, and think of it as a great opportunity to show of your amazing talents! Remember, auditions, are the only place were BRAGGING IS ALRIGHT.

  5. Be confident in yourself and feel that you know your material.

Take three deep breaths but make sure not to get dizzy

Say in your mind "I am in no physical danger" over and over

  6. there are many ways.

    1. take some relaxation pills.

    2. stretch before you go, that way your relaxed too.

    3. get a massage the day before.

but never imagine them naked. that just makes you laugh more than anything.

  7. The number one thing is to be REALLY REALLY prepared. Know your monologue(s)/song so well that all you'll have to remember is to breathe and just be the characters you've created.

Breathe steadily and slowly (but don't hyperventilate). Those judges are focusing on imagining you in the roles they are trying to cast--not on your mistakes or flaws. They WANT you to be exactly what they are looking for!

Make sure you are well rested, you've eaten healthily that day, you look polished and you smell good. The less you are worrying about anything else, the easier it'll be to calm yourself.

And finally, remember that nervousness is totally fine. Even the most talented people I know still get nervous at Cattle Calls and other auditions. The nerves keep you from making careless mistakes--embrace them =)

    Break a leg!!
