  1. the government is so stupid b/c they don't care about the animals or the trees.

  2. Unfortunatly plans are underway to create new tourism dedicated to species about to become extinct. This doesn't mean we will help these species (unless you count extinction as help), but we will make a buck off of their demise. I read this in an article that began by stating that the Northwest Passage will soon be open (ice free) in summer months. Remember to keep youre priorities straight, money first then ecology.

        Sadly it's true..... Bob

  3. I presume you mean other than cutting C02 emmissions.

This is a great project involving driving around in tanks to save the environment. What was that Arnie? You want a go.

  4. There are many different groups that work together to solve the many problems of the dwindling numbers of animals and other nature not just in the tundra but all over the world.

For example, the Nature Conservancy is a leading environmental organization working to protect ecologically important lands and waters around the world for nature and people.

The Environmental Protection Agency is an agency of the federal government of the United States charged with protecting human health and with safeguarding the natural environment.

The World Conservation Union or International Union for the Conservation of Nature and Natural Resources is an international organization dedicated to natural resource conservation.

Just go and google "list of environmental protection agencies" or something. Something sohould pop up...

    Good luck!

  5. In the Artic there's a part it's US gov. and the rest Canadian Gov. and does a real good job in trensporting animal in better areas.
