I have a digestive/autoimmune disease (eosinophilic gastroenteritis) and none of the normal treatments or therapies have worked for me. I still have "attacks" 1-2 times monthly and they are debilitating. I've read in several different places that "whole food proteins" are sometimes thought to be the cause of such attacks. Perhaps eliminating such foods from my diet can make my disease more manageable. But what foods contain "whole food proteins?"
