  1. well lifting and then for the running part excelerators where you start and then build up to as fast as you can go then slow down and you do this within like a 100 meters and at around 80 meters you should be at your top speed and slow down from there. just an estimate. also sprints help... like 200s and 400s. hope it helps.


  2. Ask your Coach. And also for strength just your basic workout and agility try some agility drills
