Look, it isn't over yet.  Don't jump to conclusions because when the Yankees make the Wild Card I'm gonna tell off everybody that said the Yankees weren't gonna make it.  Just wait.  We have over a month left in the season.

Other than root for the Red Sox to lose should they make the playoffs....not much. I mean, it'll suck, but I'll still be a Yankees fan. Besides, they'll be a better team in 2009 and all good things don't last forever. I've mostly enjoyed the last 13 years.

But since you're asking, what will you do, Mr. Pirates fan? I mean, I'm guessing you'll be happy that the Yanks will be gone. But....the Pirates will still not have made the playoffs since, what, 1992?
