  1. Served in the military

  2. Voting for Senator John McCain.

  3. I maintain an adequate inventory of firearms for all of my friends, and an adequate stockpile of ammunition for all of my enemies.

  4. I tell people about how corrupt our government is all the time.

  5. Complain and dissent that's about all we can do. Voting changes nothing

  6. Dissent loudly against my government.

  7. I watch V for Vendetta repeatedly wishing that the majority of americans had that kind of intelligence towards many fear mongering government leaders (REMIND THEM WHY THEY NEED US!!).  Bang my head in the wall for continuing to live in the most conservative, religious, and red state in the nation (because of my student residency).

On the positive I support Gov. Huntsmen of Utah in the editorial of the newspaper for supporting term limits, legislating enviromental initiatives, which I think is a good thing and might break up some of the "problems" and corruption, the dinosaurs that continue to create death and disease promoting business and such. Then I vote for Obama (though with the electorial process my vote is meaningless in Utah) to hopefully bring back many freedoms, ensure the ones we currently have, and have more integrity than the last two presidents.

I'm majoring in print journalism and look foward to the positive influences I can have, be a part of, and help promote.

The "generations to come" is kind of humorous to me. As a nation we can't even take care of the next one.  The next ten years ought to be extreemly interesting to be a part of.

  8. Not voting for a Democrat.

  9. good ?

  10. If I see tyranny or fascism, from the left or right, I speak up as loud as my voice can. I write letters to the editor. I study the issues and candidates. I pass along books that have a message worth reading. I pay my own way. I garden organically. I recycle. I work toward sustainability. I keep my guns clean.

  11. I passed my citizenship test and had my oath taking just a few days ago so I am excited to be voting for the first time.

My uncle once told me,don't complain if you didn't vote.

  12. I am participating at my capitol, being present at most hearings on children and family issues. Most times being the only citizen among the highly payed lobbyist. Legislators in my state has a way of putting down us citizen. Yes I am always followed by the cops while there. Harassment.

I go prepared with facts and figures. Follow the money you Will find evil. I have stop some foolish bills. There just to many  hundreds of million of dollars for the bureaucrats and their associations and friends can siphon off. And if that is not enough money, they still got to steal millions out of child support yearly. My state siphon 6 million of the top and another 2 million of the bottom, the money that's not distributed out.  Let's hang them high.   Join me??????

  13. would you like to end in the trunk of a crown Victoria?,not me...

  14. The biggest and most powerful thing that ANY American citizen has is their vote. If you do not cast your vote, you wind up with the c**p we have in Congress now. Look how much this current Congress has gotten done and look at what they want to do. Yea raise taxes on the oil companies to show them, but those same oil companies will raise the price of gas on the consumer. Great Idea!

EDIT: Only 1 of the first 4 answers worth even reading. This is an example of why this country is having the pains it is having. To the first responder, thanks for your service and sacrafice.

I use my vote to attempt to elect those who will do what we really need in this country. As it turns out, a vast majority of those individuals are conservative and since that is part of the foundation of this great country, that seems to be the best thing to do.

  15. Served in the military, VOTE, encourage others to vote, try to reduce my level of need. I really had to evaluate what is really important in my life. I don't need a car (so I don't buy gas. duh!) I walk, ride the bus and my bicycle. I also try to keep an eye on how much I consume, food and water.
