  1. Where our society is, our justice system and where society is heading. It is terrifying. ;-)

  2. I am afraid of failure. I am afraid that I may waste my life or look back on it at its end and be dissatisfied with what I have done with it....that my guilt or shame or laziness will over ride my accomplishments, in my perception.

Why? Because at the end of it all, what else do we have? Everything else is just a small dot in a really big picture. Our soul's biggest responsibility is the piloting of our life's journey

  3. I'm afraid of the future. I'm afraid of losing the things that make me happy. I'm afraid of being insecure. I'm afraid of worrying. I'm even afraid of...being afraid! I'm also afraid of going crazy, among a million other fears.

  4. I try to overcome some of my fears by facing them.  I know where fear comes from and how it manifests in a persons unconscious.  Lets take me for instance, I'm afraid of heights and I've come to learn I'm also afraid of bridges.

We as humans like to punish ourselves for things that haven't occurred in reality.  Somewhere in my head I have a vision of a tall bridge collapsing and my car plunging 1000 feet to my death.  It's a vision I painted in my head.  The vision may have been caused by outside influences, or just in my day to day environment, but the vision is still in my head.  At some point in my life I identified with one or many stories, pictures, anything related to heights and bridges.

Each time I drive over a tall bridge, my blood pressure rises and I begin to punish myself for something that has never occurred.  "Should I pull over?" "What if it collapses?" "Am I going to die?"

If we become more aware of fear and how fear manifests itself, we can all trace back  the fear we have and stop the fear from taking over our lives.

  5. Doctors/Hospitals. I've been poked and prodded since I was 5, and I still don't like it.

  6. Where can I start?

    Scary neighbors

    Hateful bosses

    Job loss

    Rising prices

    Old age

    My mother

    Being mugged/raped

    My pets dying

    Me dying

    Heights

    Being stuck in an elevator

    Etc. etc. etc.
