The Federal Aviation Administration sets forth these rules regarding items not allowed on airplanes. Read it and be prepared for your next trip. Fireworks, flammable materials, pressure containers and solvents are a few of the forbidden items. There are other items that may be carried on but not checked, and vice versa. Check the list for full details.
