  1. Thats the problem we are all having.  Eat at home more often and buy the necessary food items instead of adding goodies to the cart.  Use coupons, it helps. Definitely look for sale items.  Sometimes it helps to buy food in  quantity, like goods from Costco or BJs.   Comes out cheaper than buying smaller portions at the retail grocer.

Remember to fill-up earlier in the morning.  Gas expands during the day, its cooler in the morning. You'll get more gas by filling in earlier in the day.  Don't top off the tank. Unfortunately theres nothing we can do about the price of gas!  You can only "save" by driving less.

  2. pretty easy answer here... it's called inflation.. so along with the increase in living expenses the typical job wage (ie. minimum wage) goes up GENERALLY. so the problem usually stays the same people will be incurring the same general costs relative to their wages as they always have been... and if your wage hasn't gone up... work more.

  3. Selling drugs.

    j/k

  4. Well, I wish I recycled more...I wish I rode a bike instead of my car... uhm... Yeah basically nothing. Sadly, I do not feel that I am the only one.

I need to start saving energy and spending less money...

I'll add that to my list of unaccomplished goals.

  5. Unfortunately, I can't seem to save on either.  However, I am not eating as much or going as much!
