  1. Save, invest, save, invest, save, save, save.


  2. Now that I have no more mortgage and I rent for 1/5th what I was paying in a mortgage I can pay off the credit card in 3 months.  

    I raised my 401k contributions to the max  ($15,500/year) I am paying off the credit cards, and saving $500/month in a regular savings account.

  3. save, save ,save!

  4. Open a savings account that will earn interest like ING Direct, put money to CDs, invest or increase 401K contribution.

  5. Donate to some charity.
