I'm 34 weeks pregnant and I feel like I could just go into labor at any moment. It's too early! I feel pressure, strain and a lot of discomfort in my pelvic area. (i think she has already dropped) I keep getting hot flashes. A lot of BHC. Random gas cramps, sometimes I can't tell if its gas or if its something else. The worse acid reflex I have ever had in my life. Very tired, NO sleep. Hard to breath and walking very slow, and waddling like a duck! lol. I feel like I'm going to POP!!!! I work at starbucks and I can't do anything! I feel useless. Just sweeping the cafe makes my pelvic area hurt so bad. I feel bad for my co-workers. Is all this normal? Are you feeling the same way? I really wish I could just go on my leave already.

  1. Yep! I'm almost 33 weeks, and have all that, and more! I've also lost part of my plug, baby is head down, and I have regular back pains, as well as frequent, crampy pains/contractions, every day... Last they checked, I wasn't dilated, but I do think I'll go early, this time. (I've thought this, since I conceived!) Good luck! These last few weeks are almost always difficult.

  2. YEP!!! You are in your third trimester!! Welcome to the club. Ain't it wonderful?!! I am 38 weeks and ready to go any day. I have had everything from splitting pelvis to fat feet to sore back. Get hardly any sleep. Gotta pee every hour or so and get ready for your system cleaning itself of (if ya know what I mean) (#2). I must do that 3 to 5 times a day.Good luck!! :)

  3. I feel very much the same way and I'm only 31 weeks.  I feel like I can't breathe, can't walk, and can't sleep through the night.  My hips go numb.  Yesterday my LO kicked me so hard in cervix that I screamed and clutched my belly while walking into the movies.  I feel like I am a million years away from my October due date.  I wish I could fast forward time to get there faster.  I'm jealous you only have a few weeks left! Good luck!

  4. This late in the game of pregnancy everything you are feeling is normal . Can you go on leave early ?

Lets see I'm going into 38 weeks and just started feeling crappy last week .

My lower back aches near my tail bone but only when I'm lying down.

Im having BHC off and on but nothing serious.

I feel like my hip bones are being crushed

I'm gumpy and tired - though some days are better than others and have some energy. Have a hard time getting to sleep and wake up every hour to pee .

    My b***s are killing me

OH and I have acid reflux .

Thank goodness I don't feel as big as a house BUT I'm all belly and feel like I could tip over lol .

Thank you for posting this I've wanted to complain lol ;)

Good luck girl you are almost there :)

  5. i think you are definitely having a worse time than i am of it all. i'm almost 36 weeks. i have heartburn about 2 times a week. i only have to pee every 2-3 hours. i'm not waddling yet and the baby hasn't dropped but i do walk slower.  the baby is starting to stretch in a way that makes me feel like i have to pee but it's only when the baby is stretching.

i am having increased braxton hicks, they kept waking me up last night and making me feel like i needed to pee.

sleeping isn't as comfortable as it used to be but i can still sleep for a solid 12 hours if i don't have to get up for work.

the only time my feet swell is if i spend a lot of time standing around, which i usually don't since i have a sit down job. over all i still feel pretty great. i hope things get easier for you!

  6. Yes-  I feel you.  I'm only 31 weeks, but it seems like there's an awful lot of pressure sometimes, and I am really limited in what I can do.  Luckily, right before I got pregnant, I worked at a school where there were five pregnant women.  Everyone was super understanding of the limitations it places on a woman and I just have to remind myself sometimes that when I feel like a useless waste, that people really do (usually) understand.

As for walking, sleeping, everything else:  its hard.  I think its totally normal though.

  7. If they made a list it should have everything you listed on it.  My doctor asked me how I felt when I was about 34 weeks along and my response was "I feel like my hips are dislocating from my body, and the fire dept. has the jaws of life to my pelvis"! From what I understand these are all very normal symptoms, harsh but normal.  I am 40.5 weeks now, and wish I would pop! Good Luck
