Waaah! I don't know. I've made hummus, olive salad, baked a loaf of French bread and now there's a Shoofly pie in the oven.

Still no sign of dinner ideas.

Philly cheese steak sandwiches..shaved sirloin fried &seasoned  with garlic and salt...topped with sauteed onions, green peppers and  melted cheese and served on the hoagie rolls that I bought at the bakery on the way home from work,,,Im serving it with chips....Its just me and the hubby tonight ...the kids are staying with friends:)

I am going to experiment.

I have a can of Wattie's regular baked beans, and a can of Heinz English Recipe baked beans.

I will heat them separately and serve up on toast to see if those I cook for can tell the difference.

I will separate them with an omelette where the 2 slices of toast butt together

Baked lemon pepper chicken on a bed of sauteed spinach, garlic and mushrooms topped with a yummy sauce made from pureed tofu, garlic, basil, olive oil, S&P.

We had homemade macaroni and cheese, mixed vegetables and a beautiful fresh salad of tomatoes, cukes, red onion, spinach, basil, raspberry white balsamic vinegar, olive oil and lots of black pepper. Fresh brewed iced tea and a musk melon for dessert.
