What are you not allowed to take on airplanes on carry on items on US domestic flights?

And, also, my brother and I are flying alone for the first time. And since I'm 15 and he's 13, we don't have any id to bring that has our birthdays' on it. If we copied our birth certificate, would that suffice?

In carry on bags - all liquids have to be in 3oz. or less containers, placed in a small sandwhich bag, and taken out to go through security. Also, if you are bringing a laptop, you have to take that out to go through security.

As far as travelling alone, you're parents are going to have to be with you to check you in and verify you're information. Might I suggest you get "UM" service as well because it would be much easier and less confusing for you since its your first time flying alone.
