  1. My payroll deduction for family coverage is $93 per paycheck.  (Bi-weekly)

    That's with a $150 deductible and 100% coverage after the deductible.  And a $5 copay for prescriptions.

    (Obviously, my employer covers the bulk of the expenses.  The total premium for a plan like mine would be at least 3-4 the amount being deducted from my paychecks.)
