What are you suppose to do when your boss calls you slow and talks **** about you behind your back??

Then the next day she keeps the two people that slack the most and sends you home... 2.5 hours early!!! Do I just sit back and let her talk **** about me while the rest of the team makes faces at me and snickers when i walk by, or do i do something about it?

Look for a new job, or else just be so good at your job that she has no choice but to acknowledge your hard work and professional behaviour.
