    "Speaking!"

    it's kind of old fashioned phrasing though.

  3. 'This is she' is correct, but when good grammar sounds old-fashioned sometimes it's better to just use a different phrase. "You're speaking with her" works well if you've answered the phone, or "she is!" if someone recognizes a person you've introduced them to from a story you've told earlier.

  4. This is she. I always feel kinda dorky when I have to say it though. Like when someone from a business calls and asks for me by name, I say "this is she" because I know it's correct grammar, but I still feel silly. I think a lot of people say "this is her."
