  1. get up and go or do it on the spot

you could also try raising your hand and asking the judge.

Or you could stand up say i object and then walk out

you could have filled out the questionaire so they wont pick you.  I was asked by the prosecutor if I had a problem with convicting someone and I said yes what if they are innocent.  he said ok you can go we dont want you.  why because I cant convict an innocent person.

  2. Jury rooms that I have been in have a bath room.

  3. You, as a juror, will have a note book and a writing instrument.  Write a note to the foreperson and ask for a short recess for a bathroom break. The foreperson will write a note to the judge, give it to the bailf and he/she will pass it to the judge who will take the necessary action.

    Dr. Tommy Skelton, LL.B

  4. LOL, this actually happened to me, i was right at the time when they should have recessed, but decided to wait until the closing arguments were done. I talked to the bailiff, they told the judge, he called a short recess. It was really embarrassing, but it was worth it.

  5. raise and and ask no we didnt get pasd nor pen to write anything or tell baliff he will dismiss u for the time to go(take u and stand outside)

  6. Really they are quite considerate. Ask and you shall receive!
