What are your attitudes towards work!!?

Some common stories we all heard of before ;) :

-“Monique” regularly takes home from work pencils, notepads, paper clips, and other items. “They don’t pay me very much,” she tells her friends. “it’s the least they can do for all my hard work. Thy can afford to buy these things; so why should I bother buying them myself?

-As a manager, “Eric” is under a lot of pressure to meet deadlines. Sometimes, he fakes safety inspection reports in order to save time in order to save time.

What are your own attitudes towards work? Towards employers? Towards other employees!!!!?

both examples are what i consider to be unethical but the second example is not only unethical but irresponsible and inexcusable.

The majority of us as employees at some point in our lives took some small item home from work.  An employees perspective is that that one item doesnt hurt but from the prospective of a company with many employess it does hurt in time as the cost adds up and someone has a budget to account for as thier job and could possibly lose it without the other employees ever realizing that their actions may have played a part in their termination.

THe example of the manager is wrong in so many ways.  It is an irresponsible employee in a position of responsibilty whose actions can cause harm to many through his making false reports.  Safety reports are there to implement policy and procedures to ensure safety and or to be able to trace back to the cause of something.
