What are your favorite salads to make at home?

I like to make an artichoke pasta salad with Nayonaise, fresh lemon juice,  marinated artichoke hearts, frozen peas and shredded carrots.

Hey, my friend. I'm just a garden salad guy myself. Always mixing up the fresh veges so I don't get tired of it. I make my own dressings about half of the time too.

A base of rocket, watercress, spinach, fresh coriander, then sliced avocado,red kidney beans, sweetcorn,cherry tomatoes, cucumber,sliced red onion, pineapple chunks, sliced apple, sprinkle with mixed seeds and a dressing made with olive oil, white wine vinegar, wholegrain mustard and a bit of sugar. :)

I like garden salad

Romain lettuce, baby spinach, cucumbers, tomatoes, red/yellow or orange bell peppers, broccoli with a ginger dressing and some Bacos

Sometimes I like to add some fresh mango as well

Macaroni-tuna salad

Tossed salad with smoked turkey breast and american cheese or tuna and cheese, with Russian dressing.

Pasta salad with tri-colored rotini, chopped onions, tomatoes, cucumbers, and green olives. Mixed with Robusto Italian Dressing and a little seasoned salt and pepper.

My favorite kind of salad is fruit salad.  I used mangoes, kiwi, pomegranate seeds, watermelon, strawberries, cherries, and any other kind of berries I can get my hands on.

I also really like regular salads like vegetable salads.

Sometimes I make pasta salad.  I boil pasta until it is aldente and drain it.  Then I add tons of cut-up vegetables like broccoli, cauliflower, tomatoes, and onions.  I add Italian dressing.  I refrigerate it over night and then I add more dressing in the morning.  It is great for summer.

Beet salad with goat cheese, olive oil, and balsamic vinaigrette. Sometimes with onions too - yum!
