My favorite of all time is Scrabble, because I like word games and I like the challenge of Scrabble.  However, I also like Mancala, because it is an ancient game, suitable for all ages, easy to learn and to play.  You can easily make a game if you don't have one - all you need is an empty egg carton and some dried beans.  Do a search and you will find out how to play it and give it a try.  It is quite intriguing.

I am playing a tournament this week.  actually i am play two of them, one which is only six games long and will be played Friday ans Saturday evenings; 4 Friday, 2 Saturday.

And a 12 game tourney (Main Event) played 7 games Saturday, and 5 games  Sunday. Beginning at 9 each morning.

"Pente" is pretty cool.

My family also likes the Disney "Scene It" series of games alot, we have a few of those and the game packs are cool to play both at home and in the car.

Remember "Sorry!"? We just got that for Easter and it's as much fun as I remember it being when I was a kid.
