What are your kids up to at the moment?

Question

My wife has gone out for a while with some friends because she has been with the kids all day so yeah.

My oldest daughter Deanna, is sitting eating a bowl of yoghurt and colouring in and watching "bear in the big blue house"

Then our 1 year old twins Nicola and Monique are having a bit of shut eye, finally lol.

Then my wifes younger sisters (14 and 7) who live with us too.

The 14 year old has a friend over and they are watching a movie in her room and then 7 year old is also watching a movie in the lounge room on the laptop and eating afternoon tea.

Its been a fairly relaxing afternoon wat bout you??

PS: if you could also include the names of your kids because my wife is expecting another baby and we havent got any names chosen yet.

It is now 9.35pm here.

My youngest 2 are in bed asleep (2 and 4) and my 7 year old SHOULD be asleep, but I have suspicians his light may be on behind that closed bedroom door . . . .

We had a quiet sunday here, I am in Victoria, Australia and it was freezing!! 10C. We stayed inside, made sock animal puppets with left over bits and peices, and went and visited my husbands nan when the weather eased a little bit.

Well, my 6 year old, Peyton is asleep in her room. Same with Carter (8), Noah(5) and Carsyn(3). Our twins, Addison and Emma(8 months) are both up because they are teething. And my 13 year old stepdaughter, Noelle is on the couch on her computer. :) It's 10:30 pm here.

He's driving home after stopping-off on his way home from work.  We talked about the movie Dark Knight that he and I had seen last week. He's now seen it twice or three times. I'm a little ahead of you in this regard he's 24.  But I do remember the satisfaction of being a Dad.  Relish this moment. It only comes for a short period in life.  Things will be getting in another gear in a short time.

But there's nothing like the here and now. Is there?

well it is 5.45pm (Must be the same timezone)

the kids and I are watching Postcards, it is at the snow. This afternoon I had market research to do in St Kilda , so it was a horrific drive down Chapel st, then the drive back. Picked the kids up from my parents and the have niggled and annoyed each other all afternoon.

If I had have realised how much snow was in the dandenongs we would have gone there (only 20 min away) and the kids could have played and warn off some energy. Oh well, Lake Mountain has 60cm and had to shut early today so we will get back there next week.

Hm. My afternoon was pretty hectic. I dropped my daughter over her fathers house, and headed over to meet my brother, and his family for lunch where things went crazy with him, and his wife. SO I took my niece and nephews to my house to get away from it all. We had a great time played some board games (Life, clue, monopoly) some card games (cheat, goldfish), and then had their own little camp out in my living room. They roasted marshmellowa in my fireplace. So now my daughter Leighton (she's 2 1/2) my niece Micheline (mish-uh-lynn) (10) my nephews Aaron (9), Andrew (7), and Alister (6) are all asleep under the "tent"
