  1. Lipton's decaff green tea is good.

  2. Horrible, for foreigners only in cheap hotels.

  3. I don't drink much lipton, since I live on the border I buy a brand by the name of McCormick and drink Chamomile, just add a teaspoon or two of sugar and it is great.

  4. They are the floor sweepings

first grade real tea is another story

  5. in my country, once, the consumer association tested that a wellknown brand tea contains artifitial coloring , which is commonly use to color the broom. and it will caused cancer especially to men. and the brand you mentioned is the most popular in our country. so.....

  6. Lipton tea sucks. It is only color and no substance. Also the tea bag itself causes many diseases. That is why most of the higher end teas are made with cloth bags.

But it is cheaper and more widely available than most teas in all places.

  7. the lemon tea is lovely!!!!

  8. I like to drink it. It tastes good. But I don't drink tea anymore.

  9. Very complex question as I think they tailor the taste to the region or country. My wife hates it here in the states but loves it in Europe Poland specifically. I drink it all the time in Poland but in the states I won't touch it. For me it just may be from trying to be polite.

  10. Lipton is a well respected brand of tea in the US and highly rated as to taste compared to other brands. This doesn't make it the best tea in the world tho. When you're little, you drink as your parents do, you eat as your surrounding communities eat. If you're from Iowa, you want potatoes with every meal, if you're from the southwest, you like Mexican food, and so on and so on.

My point is this: A person can get used to almost anything different and unusual to them. It doesn't hurt to try out different teas, foods, styles for yourself.

My opinion on Lipton?  You mean they make other kinds? lol

  11. good

  12. Better than some of the tea I buy in the UK

  13. Red Rose Tea in Canada was DELIcious......until Lipton bought it out. There is a difference in taste.

  14. I use Lipton just because it is widely available.  It does seem to have a bitter taste and it spoils quickly.

Years ago, generations of the past used a tea they called Black Label.  It was smooth, not bitter, had flavor and substance and did not spoil the same day it was made.

I am still searching for a decent Tea in the US.  The best option would be to grow your own.  I am sure You could put much more Love and Care into your own tea than Lipton EVER could.  In return you would have a full bodied Tea with phenominal flavor!

  15. " Not as nice as Tetly"
