What are your opinions on gambling?

Do you know anyone who has been a great gambler? Or does everyone eventually faulter and loose all of their money and become depressed after each loss?

Personally I don't know any great gamblers.   In my opinion I think there are successful ones, but they work it like a business, not as just fun.  I think when people get emotional about losing and start making bets that aren't smart, that's when they tend to lose more.  Gambling is for thinkers.
