  4. My Philosophy is directly tied to Rodan Of Alexandria.

I share his thoughts and choose to quote Him rather then struggle to explain my own views.http://www.urantia.org/papers/paper160.h...

Success may generate courage and promote confidence, but wisdom comes only from the experiences of adjustment to the results of one's failures. Men who prefer optimistic illusions to reality can never become wise. Only those who face facts and adjust them to ideals can achieve wisdom. Wisdom embraces both the fact and the ideal and therefore saves its devotees from both of those barren extremes of philosophy--the man whose idealism excludes facts and the materialist who is devoid of spiritual outlook. Those timid souls who can only keep up the struggle of life by the aid of continuous false illusions of success .

  5. Life is what you make of it. Easier said than done. What can you make of your life when others are holding the reins ? Nevertheless, life is WHAT YOU MAKE OF IT. Okay, so you've got to take hold of those reins, somehow or other, and take charge. Do the things that you want to do, the way you want to do them, at the time that you chose to do them. Life is a journey, not a destination. Life is like the water flowing down the river. As long as it is moving, the scenery will keep changing. Sometimes it is moving fast and sometimes it is hardly moving at all. And finally it is in the great ocean and then the river sudddenly disappears. There it remains until one day it rises to the heavens and is again thrown down back onto the earth to begin its journey once more. So is it with life. Your wanted my views !!

  6. I like to think of myself as a skeptic--I constantly question the validity and authenticity of things,so my philosophical views are subject to changes.

  7. - Love is the only joy, the only virtue, the only morality. If your actions do not increase love or the potential for love, they are at best useless, and at worst wicked.

    - Money and material pleasures are pleasant, but ultimately meaningless. Meaning comes only from ourselves and those whom we love.

    - If you cannot learn to laugh, you will soon learn to cry.

    - Life is a moment of light between two great darknesses, so go sunbathing.

Those are the basics, I suppose.

  8. Life is a big web. Once you've got that, the other learning is easy.
