My mother in law works for a small tax office in missouri. She has a contract ( a verbal contract) for salory. 1500 a month. She said that what they had agreed on was to work as much as needed during tax season (she worked more than 80 hours a week then) and after tax season she is only supposed to work 20 a week to help ballace out for how many hours she worked during tax season. Tax season ended in april. She workes still works way more than 40 hours a week and is only supposed to be working 20 a week. The guy she workes for dont have a time clock to keep track of her hours. What can she do to prove how many hours she worked legally?

  1. If there are other workers present then they can vouch for each other. If not she pretty much is screwed.
