Well seeing that my partner is also and insulation engineer and if you know anything about a Lagger they are a dodgy lot but the salt of the earth too.

I hope that this family did not perish in this awful fire but have done a moonlight in which case they need to come forward and stop time wasting of the emergency services and police..

Something very dodgy.

Apparently the door was barracaded and a horsebox had been parked across the drive so emergency services had difficulty getting through - not that there's anything they can do!

There are reports that the man was depressed, but also that he'd claimed people were blackmailing him.  So I'd guess either he was a very ill man, or the blackmailers turned nasty (very nasty).

I'd assume that the family were/are in there.  There are also unconfirmed reports of blood and bullet casings in the yard.

I guess only time will tell, but it's awful.

Those poor horses too - they must have been terrified.

That's one of the strangest stories i've read in a while. I have no idea! The horses being dead is nuts when they weren't even in the fire. I'll watch that story!

People do strange things when they are falling from high positions. I'd say the father killed all of them, burned the house, and has gone someplace to kill himself. He has had a two day head start.

If they removed the horses first it would make it even more obvious that the family did it. So the horses had to be sacrificed.
