also I would like to hear from the horse people from other countries on what systems are used to keep horses of the same level running against each other. How they work and are the horses passed from trainer to trainer or if they stay in the same stable for their racing career unless they are privately sold. things of this nature. the pros and cons of it all. And in your horse racing system are there limits on how many races a horse can enter and run in a year? And at what age do they start to race?

  1. in uk, youngest runners are 2yo, usually they start at 5furlongs (the minimum). turf flat season starts in march. best to google uk horse racing, there will be hundreds of pages

  2. claiming races make the game go.....it's 60% of th races.....

noboady is going to drop a $50,000 to a $25,000 spot

unless it has major problem, the best angle that hits around

70% is when a trainer claims a winning horse, then drops

it in the 1st race for the new barn. ex- 32,000 CLAIMER

WINS, GETS CLAIMED, AND NEW BARN RUNS IT

FOR $25,000 1ST TIME OUT, THEY ARE RUNNING

FOR THE WIN AND ALSO THE PURSE MONEY!!!!
