Well, they don't seem to be able to catch terrorists. Maybe they can catch a bunch of lonely, horny old men.

It has no purpose except to deprive Americans of their civil rights. You can't possibly think they will protect us. You can go look at the gulf coast and see they do not do what the title says. DHS = Depraved, Hostile and Stupid.
