He's been with Gibbs for 17 years or some long amount of time like that.  I think sense the inception of Gibbs racing.

EDIT:  Above me--if you like racing then you are into the crew and the crew chiefs because drivers can not make it with out them.  I hope that makes sense, though I think it may not to you.
