Personally, this to me is the worst choice McCain could have possibly made. A woman who has only been governor of Alaska for 18 months and before that was a mayor of a town of 2000 people. She has zero experience whatsoever, and it seems very irresponsible for McCain to choose someone with no experience to be a heartbeat away from being president.

  1. She is more qualified for the vice-presidency than Obama is for the presidency.

  2. On the contrary, I like her & think her a perfect choice. Non DC. Good executive experience. And Alaska deals with the Russians & Canadians regularly. Besides, I'd rather have a VP on the learning curve than a prez.

  3. She knows what it's like to live paycheck to paycheck.

Obama,Biden,AND McCain  don't know what that is. They're rich.

She has a son serving in the Army in Iraq on ACTIVE duty, not hiding back in the States in the National Guard on some administrative post.

When was the last time a Presidential or Vice Presidential candidate or elected person  for either of those offices had a son or daughter on active duty ?

She's not afraid to go after her boss on charges of corruption and she even went after her own party  to cut outrageous overspending too.

As for her experience,it's the old Catch 22. You can't have the job without experience, but you can't get experience without the job. She strikes me as the type of person unafraid of a challenge and one who thinks on their feet.

I think she's going to impress a lot of people in the international community.

  4. Well, it certainly wasn't a choice that"put America first", it was strictly political.

OBAMA did "put America first" with his VP choice.

  5. I live in a Black community.  People here are thrilled about McCains VP pick. Most of the people here have guns. Id say a good 85 % of Black people here have guns. They want, need, and like Guns.  So they are just thrilled with the newly appointed VP candidate.

Not a single soul here likes the Democrat VP Candidate and neither do they like Obamas policy of gun control either.

  6. I don't really like nor dislike her, but she has just as much experience than Obama has. Any Obama supporter who says she has no experience should take a look at Obama. He's nothing special, he even only became Senator because of a fluke where his opponents dropped out. He's done nothing noteable in his career, all of his speeches are straight out of a dream of a perfect peaceful world with no war(Which won't ever happen, at least how the world is now), and he has no experience.

  7. I like her.

Palin is the only candidate that supports banning the birth control pill.

It's worth noting that Gov.Palin is a member of "Feminists for Life", an organization with members that openly support outlawing all "non-abortifacient contraception" (anything that stops implantation of the fertilized egg). http://www.marketwatch.com/news/story/ff...

Most women do not know that all BC pills kill  babies and here is how.

We may not be able to overturn Roe vs Wade but there is no constitutional right to the birth control pill.

As VP she could break a tie vote in the Senate, and explain this to the men in the Senate.

Since McCain's father did not live to 72 she will probably even be President.

  8. For the one millionth time, yes she will do just fine and she DOES have more experience than NoBama, so what is your point???????

  9. not much

  10. I think she is an extremely dangerous choice. I'm still shocked over her nomination as are many republicans. The republicans here have been preaching hate, and not paying attention to issues for Soooo long, that they are unable to form an open minded opinion.

The Earth has lost his rabid a$$ mind!

  11. in her first speech she uses hillary Clinton's line like they are going to be swayed by that,

that type of pandering is already backfiring

palin is not even close to be in the same league as hillary clinton,

IT IS A DOWN RIGHT INSULT TO CLINTON SUPPORTERS
