A high in the 240s to 171.  Yeah, that's scary.  Maybe long term would be good.

potash is over-valued right now.

we're going to start seeing a shift away from fertilizer-intensive crops as they continue to fall in price, squeezing farming margins.

that means less aggregate demand for potash, and lower future earnings.
