I detest specially the part of the first aid kit, instead, we can use its money in developing the on road ambulance system by buying new vehicles and providing more facilities!!

i dont know who drives and carries hundreds of pounds on him.

if he doesnt pay the minimum on the spot , he pays the maximum after 3 days and a BIG fine when he renews his licence .

this is a funny way .

it is no important the new one or old one the importance is to apply any law severly and upon alls,,,,and make all trafic soldiers under notic to upply it on microbus and lories that becamed out of controll causing many accedents

They are applied only on people who have no dhahr (are not backed by some important officials)

some days ago, there was a checkpoint for traffic which test cars' exhaust environmentally . The officer stopped a BMW brand new car and asked the driver to let them test the car. the man gently agreed; after fixing the device in the exhaust tube, the officer asked the driver to let a soldier mount the car and press the accelerator. the man replied offensively, "My car is not to be mounted be donkeys!!!" The officer said, "OK, ok; I will press the accelerator with myself" The man further replied, "I did tell u my car is not to be mounted be donkeys: either, you or him!!!"

the officer was so astonished. the man told him you nor ur father dream with driving this car; have not you eyes!! Well, there are two number plates on the car, you can choose one of them to record its number. wi wareeni ha ti3mil eeh. then he left them and went
