  1. the kid is not a typical 12 year old........he has a string of arrests, was smoking Vodka, had used threatening behaviour, etc., etc.  Just a little thug.  I would like to see ALL thugs like that get a good-hiding from the police.

  2. he should never punch a child as he has no rights

  3. Have you seen some of these 12 year olds and heard what some of them say and how they conduct themselves ?

  4. Should have done it the old-fashioned way, you know, tie a sheet around his neck and call it a suicide. Less problems that way.

  5. I agree with the judge.   --Violence against a very young kid is wrong in whatever circumstances.

  6. I bet that policeman never punched a grown man in custody

  7. some 12 year olds deserve it. and the reason we have such a terrible crime rate with stabbings being normal is because kids are allowed to do as they please. they know they can get away with anything and they know the police are powerless. i would  slap them too.

  8. I would have punched him if he asked for it. Police are there to uphold the Law, and in the first place this boy was not in there for the good of his health, as he had done something wrong in the first place or he would not have been in there. These kids think they are beyond the law, and the Police should have the powers to give them a clip round the ear if they do wrong.Thats what happened to us if we got in trouble, and the Police used to take us home and speak to our Parents., that was, if we got in trouble again it would be the Police Station the next time.

  9. Sure, the kid may have deserved it, and yes the kid will more then likely end up in prison at some point in time, but the bottom line is the lack of good judgment exercised by the cop. The letter of the law must be followed by those in charge of enforcing it.The cop should be fired and fined just for his stupidity.

  10. gun in his pants or not, he shoudn't be lifting

his hands and banjoing kids, so he deserved

    what he got.

  11. I'll probably get slated for this but good on him.  This young thug has a violent nature and who knows, he may even be responsible for somebody's death in the next few years. I had to move from a council estate because of young thugs like him and nobody would stand up to these kids.

So I think lets have more like him.

  12. he should not of punched a child in the face and deserves to go to prison for it

  13. I think the boy probably deserved it

  14. I would say he was a sad pathetic bully and deserved exactly what he got, if he had punched one of my boys he wouldn't have seen the light of day his lights would have been well and truly punched out.

  15. A clip on the ear would have sufficed.

  16. My son is 12 and he's a child.

You punch him I'm going to kill you!!!

OMG someone slap me, I'm actually agreeing with Kamran!!!

    *waves*

  17. I have just read that story.

I think the boy probably deserved it but also think its not ok for a person of authority to hit people. We have enough violence as it is, we dont really need the people who are supposed to be protecting us, adding to that violence.

  18. Human Rights - Do Gooders F*****G HATE THEM ALL

Why do criminals, thugs & every d**n RAT in the world get there human rights upheld when they've done wrong, but the victims human rights were just brushed aside like they mean nothing.

I say good on that policeman for hitting that lout, he deserved it.

Bring back the days when police were allowed to clip kids round the ear & march them home & whatnot with there tail between there legs. Bring back school punishment, cos kids know they can get away with absolutely anything now. Sorry to say but it is true.

If my daughter ever needed punishing I say go for it. BUT only by people in authority, ie: the kids parents - police - & teachers

  19. There are some very uncontrollable children but that doesn't mean the police have a right to administer their own punishment .It was probably down in the heat of the moment , the policeman however would have been trained to control his temper, and he clearly didn't , its up to the courts to decide what punishment the boy should get , so I think the policeman should stand trial .

The thing is Last Word , how would you like if the police punched your before he had been given a fair trial .Thats what courts are for , the police arrest and the court sentence them if they are found to be guilty.

The police dont have much respect from the public and will have even less now.

I live in Spain and the Guardia Civil took my son and his friends into custody when they were walking home on new years eve , they kicked and punched them , kept them locked up for the night next morning they ask where they lived and said they would give them a lift home but drove them 30 miles in the opposite direction. They told them not to walk home after dark as they dont want the English on the street(my son ended up in hospital) is this the sort of behaviour you want from the police.

  20. he should not have punched the little shite he should have known better but i can understand why he did it. however i feel a prison sentance is too harsh i mean ppl kill others with cars whilst drunk and dont even go to prison, i think the judge was making an example of him, he has already probably lost his job which i think was punishment enough. x

  21. What the kid that had claimed earlier that he was carrying a gun ?  That might be considered provocation in a sane country.

  22. police suck,  all of them.  useless,  that cop is lucky that it wasn't my son he hit because i'd be in jail with him, not only would i kick his ***, but i'd make sure all the other prisoner's knew he was a cop who hit a little boy who was in a cell behind bars.  that cop would end up in protective custody because he'd get his *** kicked over and over again.

and the story says he lied and then changed the story still lying,  i wonder how many other police reports he lied on.  that cop should lose his badge forever

  23. After reading the story it is my belief that the cop should have got a medal not a prison sentence,If i had been that cop the thug,Sorry lad would be in intensive care. These brats need discipline..12 year old drinking vodka all day?

  24. The Law hasn't yet caught up with the fact that some 12 year old's are vile little scrotes who will grow up into gun toting vicious thugs if not curbed, instead they have the full protection of the law.

The Copper should have known better, and indeed he is and was totally stupid.

He did deserve to lose his job absolutely, but I think it over the top to imprison him too.

We have hardened criminals that don't go to prison and have perpetrated worse crimes.

I think the copper was an idiot.

What he should have done was to wait until private time outside, then kicked the c**p out of the scrote.

And to think, I was almost called to be a Vicar.

  25. In my job I have felt " sudden and momentary loss of temper" with countless twelve year olds .

Never been tempted to punch one though.

  26. I think the kid deserved it.If the adults were allowed to hit kids then maybe the kids might have respect for other people. I am fed up with this PC government, worse thing they did was give kids human rights without responsibilities. Is it any wonder nobody wants to be teachers anymore, and society is broken, teenage girls getting pregnant the benefit culture, compensation culture, Its about time the police went onto the streets and did the job they are paid to do.

  27. These little sods would try anyones patience. Now he has succeded in getting a copper locked up. Another notch on his gun.

  28. As a grown up in a position such as he was, he had no right to do what he did. The youth of today are somewhat trying but, what sort of message does this give out to them ? Hit out at anyone and anything ? The worst thing was that the policeman tried to make out he had fallen ?

He deserves what he got and should feel lucky that's all he got.

  29. There's no doubt the little git deserved it but the police are meant to uphold the law not get down in the gutter with the criminals. If you start lauding that sort of behaviour where would it stop?Severe censure would have been sufficient punishment for this one off incident. He should not have lost his job and certainly shouldn't go to jail.Recidivists walk free from court every day yet he gets jail.Doesn't make sense.

  30. Kid probably had it coming to him.  Will also (probably) have a great deal of your money in damages.  Pity the cop lost his temper and is now paying the price.  Loss of a good copper because he lost his temper is terrible.
