    *Rice

    Every single day =)

  2. I eat more vegetables than grain, but

double fiber bread or English muffins

    Brown rice and

    Oatmeal or buckwheat.

oh and if i do eat pasta occasionally i get the whole wheat kind

  3. Oatmeal, corn, rice and wheat.  I eat those every day.  I also usually eat some flax seed and barley and millet, but not daily.

  4. I eat oatmeal almost daily.

I eat a lot of whole grain pasta, especially whole wheat pasta.

I like sprouted grain bread, with all sorts of whole, sprouted grains.

I eat quinoa and barley very frequently too.

  5. I usually eat three slices of sprouted grain toast (Ezekiel Sesame) OR a bowl of muesli which contains barley, oats, and brown rice among other things, for breakfast everyday.

Other sources of grains that I eat on a regular basis are quinoa, barley, brown rice, tortillas, and pita bread.

I would say I usually get about 6-8 servings of whole grains per day.  The only grain products that I do eat occasionally that are not whole is french or sourdough bread.

  6. Whole grain cereal, whole wheat bread and whole wheat pasta
