  2. Go to http://www.webtender.com and search the ingredients you wish to use for example if you will be serving Vodka you will find recipes for everything from the classic Martini to the '57 Chevy - choose a few that you like and be sure to have the mixing items on hand as well. it is fun to try new drinks at a party and with WebTender you have more han enough inspiration to have a blast. I am trying to remember back 12 years, when I was a drinks waitress, but I think it was:--

    1 measure Baileys  Irish Creme

    1 measure Kahlua

1 measure Cointreau, or it may have been Grand Marnier,

where I worked we took the cheaper option and used Orange Curaceo

Served over ice.  I do not think it had to be shaken, just throw it all in the glass and it mixes by itself

  4. rum and coke

    jack and coke

  5. This needs to be made ahead of time so that it has time to freeze.  I always make it for parties and it is always a hit.  It serves many and the guests can help themselves.  Just mix it up and put it into the freezer a couple of days ahead.

    BOURBON SLUSH

2 BOILING CUPS OF WATER WITH 2 TEA BAGS

(place water in microwave with tea bags for 3 minutes on high)

    1 CUP SUGAR

1 CAN 12oz FROZEN ORANGE JUICE

    1 CAN 12oz FROZEN LEMONADE

    7 CUPS WATER

    1 ½-2 CUPS BOURBON

Allow sugar to dissolve in the hot tea mixture.

    Mix in the remaining ingredients.

Freeze 24 hours or until completely frozen.

    Serve as slush.

    Serves many.
