What area in the contiguous US has the most constant (NOT 'avg') year-round temps of low 60s to low 80s?

Nowhere..even the UP in Michigan can get into the 90's in the Summer..(Alaska as well)..Florida and Texas get a little hot in the Summer 90's-100's, and cooler than 60 in the winter..except the Florida Keys..usually anyway..Try Air-Conditioning..it will work anywhere.

The closest would probably be San Diego, California. The sea breeze keeps the temperature pretty constant year-round, with little day-to-day variation. In 2005, for example, San Diego had highs between 60 and 85 degrees on all but nine days. You can't get much more consistent than that.
