  1. What's your housing budget like?

  2. There are many such areas. Bloor West/Swansea is great because of all its parks and schools. Bloor West Village also has a lot of small shops and businesses which make it appealing. It's close to the subway, which is great for when they're in high school, and if they choose to go to university in the city. The Junction also has several good schools, and it's cheaper.

However, there isn't that big of a difference in schools in the city. Whether it's public or private high school, drug use still happens for instance. It's best to find a neighbourhood you like and then a house close to the neighbourhood schools.

  3. Money is a major concern.  I know a lot of people who like High Park or the Beaches but they are both pretty pricey.  St. Clair Village gets you more house for you money and it's still an nice area.

If you're willing to live outside the city then Oakville is very nice.

  4. don't listen to guy about Jane & Finch pls!

It all depends of your budget really. I personally like Etobicoke and Bloor west village,High Park area
