What area or areas of Port of Spain are really Port of Spain South?

I am looking for a complete, comprehensive map of Port of Spain. The ones I see do not show St. James as South of Port of Spain. St. James and Woodbrook are listed as the Port of Spain South constituency.

Also, which area or areas can be called Port of Spain South Central?

I don't know what the criteria is for naming the constituencies, but the map of the constituencies do not seem to follow real travel maps that you may find in an atlas from a real cartograher. Here are some maps and some information that I found.
